1. General Information

1.1 By using and/or visiting any section of the Legolasbet.se website; or by opening a Legolasbet account you agree to be bound by:

  • The General Terms and Conditions, on this page;
  • The Privacy Policy, Any game rules,
  • Any terms and conditions of promotions, bonuses and special offers, which may be found on the Website from time to time.

All of the terms and conditions listed above shall together be referred to as “the Terms”, “Terms” or “these Terms”.

Kindly, read the Terms carefully before accepting them. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by the Terms, please do not open an account or continue to use the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the Terms.

1.2 LIL in these terms and conditions refers to Legolas Invest Limited. Legolas Invest Limited a company incorporated under the Laws of Malta bearing company registration number C 71500, having its registered office at Legolas Invest Ltd, Suite 1643, Tower Business Centre, Tower Street, Birkirkara, BKR4013 Malta.

1.3 ‘Site’, ‘website’, ‘the site’ or ‘the website’ in these terms and conditions refer to www.legolasbet.se, all related URLs and any related sites on which the Legolasbet services are operated.

1.4 These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the player and Legolasbet.

1.5  Legolasbet.se is operated under license No: 18LI9675 issued and regulated by Spelinspektionen (https://www.spelinspektionen.se/en/).  

1.6 These terms and conditions come into force as soon as the player validates them by confirming s/he read, understood and accepted them, it is the player’s responsibility to know about the legal implications of his/her gaming.

1.7 These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.

1.8 The player must read these terms and conditions carefully before validating them. If the player does not agree with any provision of these terms and conditions the player must not use or continue to use the website.

1.9 Legolasbet Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. The player will be, however, notified about potential amendments. First log-in by players, following receipt of notification of changes to T&Cs, will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of the change to the T&Cs by the players. The version number and the date of the last update on top of this page will provide the player with information about when the last amendments have been made. It is the player’s responsibility to remain informed on the currently valid provisions

1.10 In the case of any dispute between the English language version of the Terms and Conditions and versions in other languages, the English language version shall prevail

1.11 Any reference to Legolasbet games in this agreement shall refer to live events upon which players may place bets (either pool or fixed odds betting), random number generator casino games, live casino games and mobile casino games, as may from time to time become available on www.Legolasbet.se and related URLs. Legolasbet reserves the right to add and remove games from the website at its own discretion.

1.12 There is a risk of losing money when playing and Legolasbet has no responsibility for such losses.

1.13 The player agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Legolasbet directors, partners, licensees, distributors, subsidiaries, employees, shareholders, agencies, against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses and costs, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result of: 

  • The player’s breach of this agreement, in whole or in part;
  • Violation by the player of any law or any third-party rights;
  • Use by the player of Legolasbet or use by any other person accessing Legolasbet using the player’s login credentials, whether or not with the player’s authorization.

1.14 Legolasbet is not liable for indirect or direct consequential damages arising out of the use of Legolasbet services. This applies also where Legolasbet had prior knowledge of the possibility of such damages.

1.15 The division of these terms and conditions into sections and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement.

1.16 Legolasbet pool betting and sportsbook software is developed and maintained by Soft Construct (Malta) Limited, whilst the casino software is developed and maintained by Net Ent Malta Ltd and SoftConstruct (Malta) Limited. The player hereby agrees not to circumvent in any way Intellectual Property rights of Legolasbet or any associated company which are also party to this agreement.

1.17 If any provisions in this agreement become/or are illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction or any other provision from this agreement. Any provision of this agreement that is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will be ineffective in that particular jurisdiction. The validity, legality or enforceability of that provision in other jurisdictions will not be affected.

1.18 Published content such as articles, analysis etc. reflects the authors opinion. Legolasbet may not share the same opinions as the author of the published material.

2. Bonus Scheme Conditions

2.1 The player acknowledges and understands that separate terms and conditions exist with respect to bonuses and other promotions. These terms and conditions are in addition to this agreement and are outlined in the bonus terms pages. Players can only have one bonus active at any one time. Any players that deposit to claim an inactive bonus whilst they have a bonus active; these funds will count towards the rollover of the active bonus.

2.2 In line with the licens issued by Spelinspektionen Legolasbet.se are not offering any of its players any kind of credit. 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

3.1 Legolasbet is not liable for any lag, downtime, server disruptions, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds, under such circumstances, may be given solely at the discretion of the management. Management will always pursue what it deems to be the fairest solution in such cases. Management may, at its own discretion, consult Spelinspektionen to obtain a fair solution.

3.2 Legolasbet is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. Legolasbet gives the player no warranty or representation, relating to the satisfactory quality, completeness or accuracy of the service or the software.

3.3 If Legolasbet is subjected to a system failure and the game will be corrupted because of this, the player will get his/her money back for the amount wagered when the failure took place.

3.4 Legolasbet accepts no liability for any losses or damages which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Legolasbet website or its content. This includes but isn’t limited to delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

3.5 Legolasbet will have the right to change errors made in publication of information, including but not limited to jackpots, odds and pay-tables. No rights can be derived from wrong published information of any kind.

3.6 Legolasbet will have the rights not to pay-out winnings based on wrongly published information. Players that lost money as a result of such a case are entitled to a refund of the money they lost.

3.7 If Legolasbet suspects fraudulent activity in any particular game, Legolasbet will have the right to cancel the game. Suspicious players in respect of the fraudulent activity will have their account blocked until further investigations. Any players not so suspected will have their wagered amounts in respect of cancelled games returned to their account.

3.8 Legolasbet will have the right to cancel a game immediately if something wrong is identified with the game settings, and refunds for purchased bets will be paid out.

3.9 If the player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the service of Legolasbet in any way including but not limited to game manipulation, chip dumping, transfers or payment fraud, or if the player makes untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to Legolasbet operation in any media or forum, Legolasbet reserves the right to close the player’s account and return all funds to the player.

3.10 In the event of a Legolasbet system malfunction, where the pool betting or sportsbook system malfunctions prior or during a live event, all successful bets placed prior to that point will be deemed to be valid. In the event of a casino malfunction all wagers are void. In the eventuality of such a casino system malfunction, a system rollback will take place, reverting the players back to their state as at the restore point employed.

3.11 The organization and management of live events is outside of Legolasbet control. In the event that a live event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed, Legolasbet will follow official results and act accordingly.

3.12 If a live event is cancelled or if a casino game is started but is miscarried as a result of failure to the system, Legolasbet shall refund the amount bet/wagered in the game to the player by crediting it to his/her member account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to the player in an approved manner.

3.13 Legolasbet reserves the right to limit and refuse bets at its sole discretion.

3.14 Legolasbet will do its utmost to avoid viruses, Trojans or malware on its system but won’t be responsible for viruses, Trojans or malware of any kind. It is the player’s responsibility to protect his/her systems.

3.15 Players can submit a complaint to Legolasbet if they have any dispute regarding the outcome of a game. Players have to submit their complaint to Legolasbet by e-mail: support@legolas.bet within fourteen (14) days. The result showing on Legolasbet gaming server, shall be the final and governing result of play in case of discrepancy.

4. Player Registration & Deregistration

4.1 The results of all games on Legolasbet are subject to audit and review, and may be declared void: 

  • If collusion between customers and/or staff is detected;
  • In the case of use of robots or other devices;
  • Or any other method, application or tool that distort normal game play.

Legolasbet can take measures against any player involved in activities that distort normal game play, including but not limited to blocking accounts, closing accounts, charge incurred costs.

4.2 The player is not allowed to participate in a real-money game unless s/he is registered as a player and holds a Legolasbet member account. Every player must submit an application for registration and provide Legolasbet with the following mandatory information: 

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Address
  • Contact e-mail

It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided is true, complete and correct. The player hereby declares and warrants to Legolasbet that the information provided is true, complete and correct and that it will be updated as and when required.

An individual applying for a member account warrants and represents not to be under the age of eighteen (18) years, or the legal age determined by the country in which the player may reside or be located. Minors cannot register as a player and cannot hold a Legolasbet account. Legolasbet reserves the right to request proof of age and perform checks in order to verify the information provided. A Legolasbet account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

The player is hereby notified that Legolasbet carries out verification procedures on players depositing money. The player will be requested to provide Legolasbet with documents, such as but not limited to a copy of a valid passport/identity card and a recent official document as proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement.

4.3 The player’s member account may be blocked or closed if s/he does not provide the requested information or documents or if s/he provides Legolasbet with false or misleading documents. Legolasbet will have the right to seize the balance of closed accounts.

4.4 Member accounts created by the player, with incorrect or misleading information, are not entitled to any winnings. No winning will be paid out to non-existent persons or incorrect accounts or a non-existent person or account, as a result of incorrect or misleading information supplied by the License holder.

4.5 Multiple accounts for the same player are not allowed. In case it is noted that the player holds more than one account, Legolasbet will have the right to close or block the member accounts at its solely discretion. If the player inadvertently opens more than one member account, the player must notify Legolasbet immediately.

4.6 The player must register his member account personally. Registering an account for somebody else is prohibited. Legolasbet will have the right to close or block the member’s account at its sole discretion.

4.7 Legolasbet reserves the right to refuse member account registrations or to de-register and cancel the player’s account for any reason whatsoever, at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. The player’s account may be closed in the following circumstances, but not limited to: 

  • If the player has charged back any of his/her purchases made with his/her credit card or other applicable deposit methods;
  • If the player was engaged in playing in a professional sense or in concert with other players.

4.8 Should Legolasbet exercise its right and close member accounts, Legolasbet will honour all contractual obligations already made.

4.9 For the purposes of adhering to all of its obligations towards the law and other directives of the relevant regulatory authorities from time to time, Legolasbet will keep all necessary personal information to carry out such obligations as required. Where data is no longer required to be kept, this shall be destroyed.

4.10 Legolasbet will carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure at various stages of the customer-company relationship. Legolasbet may request further documentation to validate the player’s identity as it may deem necessary.

4.11 No Legolasbet company officers or employees, at whatever level, shall make real money wagers through the Legolasbet pool betting system. If any such player successfully places a bet and wins, such wins shall not be paid out to the winner.

4.12 Please note that, based on performances, your Legolasbet account username will be shown in a leaderboard on the Legolasbet website.

4.13 Residents from the following countries are prohibited from registering at Legolasbet:

5. Player Responsibility

5.1 Players are solely responsible to determine whether access and use of Legolasbet is permitted under any applicable laws. The player should inform him/herself on local laws or regulations before opening an account at Legolasbet. It is the player’s sole responsibility to keep updated with local laws or regulations each time he/she plays.

5.2 The player must maintain his account details up-to-date at all times.

5.3 The player is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire Legolasbet member accounts.

5.4 The player is fully responsible for all possible taxes, fees and other costs incidental to and arising from any winnings resulting from use of Legolasbet.

5.5 The player’s login details are highly confidential. The player is obliged to keep his/her login details confidential. The player should at all times, use his/her best efforts to protect the confidentiality of his/her login details.

5.6 The player should never write-down, communicate or share passwords with any other person. It’s the player’s responsibility to keep her/his account information, username and password secret and confidential. Should a player give away, share, or lose his username and/or password, Legolasbet will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result thereof. A Legolasbet employee will never ask for a player’s password.

5.7 In case the player becomes aware of any known or suspected unauthorised use of the player’s account or breaches of security, the player is required to immediately notify Legolasbet by email on support@Legolas.bet  in order to suspend the player’s account.

5.8 The player is responsible for any unauthorized use of his/her user-name or password. The player is responsible for all activity on his/her account until a notification of account abuse is made to Legolasbet.

5.9 The player is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire funds from Legolasbet member accounts.

5.10 Legolasbet uses advanced methods for the encryption of username and password information. The players will not break in, access or attempt to break in or access or otherwise by-pass Legolasbet’ security. If Legolasbet suspects that the player attempted to or may be attempting to break in, Legolasbet reserves the right to inform the applicable authorities and block or close the player’s account.

5.11 Playing at Legolasbet is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the player resides. Under no circumstances may the player register or play if he/she is under 18 (eighteen) years of age. If any funds are deposited by an underage individual, the funds as well as any winnings will be forfeited to Spelinspektionen.

5.12 The player is fully aware of the fact that there is a risk of losing money through the use Legolasbet’ services.

5.13 The player is fully aware of all terms and conditions and read them carefully before opening up a member account at Legolasbet.

6. Deposits

6.1 The player may close his/her member account at any time. All funds from the player’s member account deducted with relevant withdrawal charges will be returned to the player.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ten Euro (€10). This amount may be higher for certain deposit methods as relatively higher costs may be involved for Legolasbet with using such methods.

6.3 Legolasbet will decide what method of repayment to use.

6.4 Legolasbet reserves the right to close the player’s member account and to refund the account balance deducted with relevant withdrawal charges, at Legolasbet absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

6.5 The player agrees that deposits will be handled by Legolasbet directly or through a payment provider or any other third party.

6.6 Deposits into your account shall always be made through a Financial Institution or a Payment Solutions Provider. All of the procedures, terms and conditions, fees and processing times for these transactions may vary depending on the Financial Institution or the Payment Solutions Provider. 

Please keep in mind that deposits from Credit Cards and Trustly are instant, whereas deposits via Bank Transfer might take between two to five business days.

6.7 When choosing a payment method, you agree to the terms of that payment method, you agree to any charges that apply, you agree that the payment method is valid and you agree that the payment account or card belongs to you and that you have the right to use the payment method.

6.8 Payment methods can be found under both “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Site. The payment methods made available to you may change. Some payment methods may not be available in all countries.

6.9 Deposits have a wagering requirement. Hence, the minimum wagering requirement shall be to wager one time the deposited amount before a withdrawal can be approved.

6.10 Legolasbet offers the following deposit methods, listed with concerning transaction time, deposit limits and processing fees. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries. Legolasbet may add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Legolasbet is not a financial institution and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system. Any illegal or suspicious activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.

7.2 The player agrees that the funds deposited in his/her member account will only be used for playing games on the site.

7.3 The player agrees that withdrawals will be handled by Legolasbet directly or through a payment provider or any other third party.

7.4 The player agrees that Legolasbet will have the rights to withhold withdrawals if Legolasbet suspects that the player may be engaged in or have engaged in improper, fraudulent and / or collusive behaviour.

7.5 Withdrawal processing times may vary due to several reasons and circumstances, such as verification and AML regulatory requirements. Legolasbet will endeavour to ensure that withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible and will never take longer than 5 business days to be processed. 

Legolasbet does not assume any responsibility for any funds lost during gameplay following a withdrawal cancellation.

7.6 The minimum amount of withdrawal the player can make is Ten Euro (€10). This amount may be higher for certain withdrawal methods as relatively higher costs may be involved for Legolasbet with using such methods.

7.7 Legolasbet does not pay interest on deposits, winnings or pay-outs.

Legolasbet offers several withdrawal methods. The withdrawal will be processed through the same payment method through which the player’s funding has been deposited. If a player makes use of different deposit methods, a proportional split of the withdrawn amount will be processed through the same payment method through which the player’s funding has been deposited and after ownership of the relevant payment methods has been proven.

7.8 Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries. Legolasbet may add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

7.9 Legolasbet will carry out verification procedures on all cumulative withdrawals of two thousand Euro (€2,000) and above.

7.10 Legolasbet also reserves the right to carry out verification procedures in case of lower payouts.

7.11 Withdrawals by the player will be remitted only to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated.

7.12 The player agrees that he/she shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to him/her.

8. Inactive, Dormant and Closed accounts

8.1 An inactive member account is an account that has not been accessed for twelve (12) months and has a real money balance. Legolasbet will contact the player should his/her account become inactive. If, after twelve (12) months since last login, Legolasbet is unable to contact the player, Legolasbet will charge a five Euro (€5) per month administrative fee on the player’s member account and shall use reasonable efforts to contact the player.

8.2 If the player starts playing again on his account before the account becomes dormant and after Legolasbet has begun charging the player’s member account with the administrative fee, Legolasbet will refund the player’s member account with the administrative fees charged.

8.3 A dormant account is an account with a real money balance that has not been accessed for thirty (30) months. Once the player’s account becomes dormant and if Legolasbet has been unable to contact the player, Legolasbet, in accordance with the applicable law, will close his/her account and transfer his/her remaining account balance to Spelinspektionen.

8.4 The player’s member account may be excluded/ closed if he/she’s in breach with Legolasbet’ terms and conditions. In such case, Legolasbet will return any funds from the player’s member account, back to the player.

8.5 The player may close his/her member account at any time. All funds from the player’s member account will be returned to the player.

8.6 The player can close his/her member account by contacting customer support by email on: support@Legolas.bet.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Legolasbet offers self-exclusion facilities for those customers who wish to restrict their gambling behaviour. The following self-protection mechanisms are available to such players:

  • Self-exclusion (permanent or temporary);
  • Setting of financial limits on wagers;
  • Setting of financial limits on losses;
  • Setting of limits on session time.
  • Setting of deposit limits

9.2 By entering into a self-exclusion agreement with Legolasbet, the player will be prevented from using his/her account for a definite or indefinite period. During this period of self-exclusion Legolasbet will not distribute any promotional content to excluded players.

9.3 The player may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum wagers and losses he/she may take. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit (deposits-withdrawals) has been exceeded for the selected time period. The system will also not accept a wager from a player contrary to the limits or exclusions set by this player.

9.4 The player may also choose to impose a time limit per session.

9.5 A notice reducing a limit or increasing the exclusion has effect immediately after it is received by the licensee.

9.6 A notice increasing or revoking a limit or decreasing the exclusion has effect only after seven days after the licensee has received the notice.

9.7 If players choose to permanently self-exclude themselves from gambling, Legolasbet will transfer the remaining account balance to the bank/credit card account which the players used for depositing funds.

9.8 If players choose to temporarily self-exclude from gambling with Legolasbet, their balance will remain untouched. However, if they wish, they may request that their funds are transferred to their approved bank/credit card accounts by using the contact form on the website or sending an email to responsiblegaming@Legolas.bet

10. Anti-Money Laundering

10.1 Legolasbet will have the right to block the player’s member account when fraudulent activity is suspected. The account will remain locked until such time that Legolasbet completes an audit of the player’s member account.

10.2 All money that the player deposits into his/her member account must not be tainted with any illegality and, in particular, must not originate from any illegal activity or source.

10.3 Legolasbet shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant authorities.

10.4 Legolasbet will ask the player who exceeds certain deposit thresholds mentioned in the 4th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive, proof of source of funds that the customer used for depositing on our website.

10.5 Legolasbet will check all transactions to prevent money laundering.

10.6 Legolasbet may request the player to provide identification documents. Failure to do so may result in the player’s member account being blocked until adequate documentation is provided.

10.7 Legolasbet reserves the right to close the account if customer withdraws the sum without having placed any bets or asks for partial withdrawals which do not involve any gaming activity.

10.8 If Legolasbet cannot ascertain the integrity of the funds deposited by the player. Legolasbet will consult with the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) and / or Spelinspektionen.

11. Player complaints

11.1 If the player has a complaint, he/she can contact Legolasbet in the following ways:
